Impressions from 2025 – Klick the photo

We have been asked from the organizers of this very famous Austrian medieval fair/market to show historic crafts for this years edition of the festivity. Although medieval fairs are not so much our main occupation, we were looking forward to extending our repertoire.

On the 15th and 16th August 2015, a bond of 14 century living history interpreters from IG14 Austria, Ausfall Tyrol and Niedertour mit Gefolge Sout Tyrol filled one of the farms of the open air museum Tyrolean Farms in Kramsach with new life.

For 3,5 days 16 members of “IG 14. Jahrhundert in Österreich”, together with 2 reenactment friends, stayed at the german Bachritterburg Kanzach, to represent medieval daily life in the 14th century.

Our main topic due to our four kids aged from 5 months to 15 years was “medieval childhood”, a topic we are going to discuss later in detail, as we have done a lot of photos this weekend.
