Splish Splash, I was making a hat

You may know my Bathhat from a couple of years ago. Please refer to this one for some of the basics, some of the sources and techniques.

Since I got a little better making hats over time, I wanted to give it another try and I am much happier with the form and fit.

And then I had to make another version which can be seen in some of the illuminations, especially the earlier ones. For example here und here und here und here. It is an especially interesting model for the Wenceslas bible bath maids because many of those illuminations have some interesting hats which have previously been identified as hairnets (which in some cases hold zero of their hair?) I am saying, yes, hairnets, but ALSO a round bathing hat!
